Their clay courts are easy on the bones and they have full time tennis pros, lessons, tons of teams at all levels, and lots of tennis always going on. Cherokee County has become a great place for active adults to “retire” to for many reasons. The medical facilities are abundant and growing - great communities at even better prices– and don’t forget the property tax break (up to 75%) when you turn 62 years of age.
