Cherokee County GA Neighborhoods Priced at 200K or Less!
New construction is alive and well in North Georgia - specifically in Cherokee County. I am going to focus on new neighborhoods that have homes priced at 200K or less. These neighborhoods are spread out across the county in Canton, Holly Springs, Ball Ground and Woodstock. I am going to list them in order of amenities. The communities that have swim/tennis/clubhouses/playgrounds and/or walking trails will be listed first. Following that list will be the developments with no amenities or just a playground or walking trails. Are these good communities to raise kids? Crime rate? Schools?
