Gorgeous Crystal Falls
Crystal Falls is located along the Dawson/Cherokee county line. The community has 415 home sites and is the first and only golf community that borders the Hollis Lathem Reservoir - a 400+ acre lake also called Crystal Lake. Fishing, canoeing, golf, tennis, and nature trails with gorgeous scenery await new residents. Lake front home sites will be designed to face the lake, leaving the lakeshore open to the whole community. Bridges and nature trails also will be developed for use by all residents. The golf-course offers 18 holes of resort-style golf and is being designed by Denis Griffiths.
